Learning Objectives
The symposium will focus on the respective sharing of fluid management practices in India and Brazil, in critical care as well as in the OT. It will explore Dr Luiz and Dr Mehta’s personal clinical experiences, and there will be a discussion on their opinions on utilising non-invasive bioreactance technology for fluid management as well as such technologies’ impact on patients outcomes. The discussion will also touch a little on the usage of balanced crystalloids vs unbalanced solutions on surgical patients with latest clinical data present.
